• Hourly rate: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

• Perform ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties under the direction of an Arborist Crew Leader
• Safely conduct all arboriculture tasks including tree identification, risk assessments, pruning, removals, cabling and bracing, root collar excavations, and tools/equipment maintenance (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts)
• Follow all safety rules and company safety policies
• Demonstrate a passion for nature, the environment, and outdoors

• At least 1 year of tree climbing (DDD RT or SRT) and aerial lift operation experience in the tree care industry
• Valid driver’s license (Class B CDL preferred)
• Ability to work outdoors year‑round in all weather conditions
