Pay Range: $16.00 to $20.00

• Critical site attendant role to achieve exceptional donor service
• Lead by example, demonstrating respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety

• Interact with donors positively and professionally
• Always greet donors in a friendly manner, wearing full Green Drop uniform
• Engage in pleasant conversation and acquire donations using the bin
• Assist donors with unloading vehicles
• Record donor information on the company iPad with a tablet holder
• Assist truck driver during donation pick‑ups
• Organize donations in the stockroom
• Maintain cleanliness of the site inside and outside
• Fill out supply orders to keep site stocked
• Complete other duties assigned by manager
• Be on site during working hours
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations

• Ability to work independently without continuous supervision
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and desire to provide remarkable service
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs continuously
• Work in outdoor conditions in various seasons
• Positive mindset, punctual, strong sense of urgency, initiative
• Strong communication skills with donors, coworkers, and management

• Must be at least 18 years of age
