Position offers the possibility of being remote after a 90-day training period.

• Calling, interviewing, and onboarding salespeople
• Follow up on all candidates in a timely manner
• No cold calling. All candidates are provided - you text, email, and call pre-qualified, vetted salespeople for interviews
• Experience in building a sales team would be of value
• Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
• Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service
• Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business
• Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments
• Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched
