This isn’t transactional sales. You are the orchestrator of the buyer journey
.
- Act as the primary point of contact for buyers from first conversation to closing.
- Lead discovery conversations to understand goals, lifestyle, budget, and long‑term vision.
- Present home designs, options, and communities as solutions
, not just products. - Manage the sales process like a project: timelines, communication, expectations, and next steps.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine messaging, buyer experience, and community positioning.
- Proactively follow up, guide decisions, and keep deals moving forward with clarity and confidence.
- Stay informed on market trends, product details, and community updates to advise buyers strategically.
- Maintain compliance, contracts, and documentation with strong attention to detail.
- Have a project management, consulting, or sales background and enjoy owning outcomes.
- Love selling ideas, concepts, and possibilities
, not just pricing and features. - Are organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple moving parts.
- Prefer autonomy and responsibility over rigid scripts or micromanagement.
- Are confident leading conversations, presenting options, and guiding decisions.
- Enjoy building long‑term relationships based on trust and credibility.
- Are self‑motivated and thrive when given ownership and flexibility.
- Real estate or new‑home experience is a plus, but not required for the right mindset.
- Strong communication skills, clear, confident, and consultative.
- Natural ability to influence, guide, and problem‑solve.
- Comfort managing details, timelines, and multiple clients simultaneously.
- A customer‑first mentality with a high standard of professionalism.
- Knowledge of (or willingness to learn) Fair Housing regulations and compliance.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a bonus.
