Location & ExpectationsThis full‑time position is located at our dealership in Bel Air, Maryland and reports to the Sales Manager.

Work Schedule:
closed Sundays;
Saturdays 9-6 - Ongoing training programs, advancement opportunities, and progressive culture
- Engage with customers professionally and approachably to understand needs and preferences.
- Maintain customer relationships and create lifelong customers; assist with vehicle selection by asking questions and listening.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase features and benefits of Chevrolet vehicles.
- Be the vehicle expert; know the ins & outs of product offerings, optional packages, & latest technology.
- Perform high‑quality professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
- Follow up with potential customers via phone, email, and in‑person to convert leads into sales.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout sales process, from inquiry to post‑sale follow‑up.
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by using effective sales techniques and strategies.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Chevrolet vehicles, pricing, and promotions.
- Collaborate with finance and service departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Complete sales documentation accurately and timely.
- Report to the Sales Manager on objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
- Bring a positive attitude and ‘A’ game every day.
- Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
- At least one previous job with customer experience required.
- Self‑starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred.
- Great communication skills with customers and team members.
- Professional, well‑groomed personal appearance.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ready to learn new product knowledge.
- Knowledge of basic computer programs and ability to learn dealership software.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
