Base pay: $25.00/hr – $40.00/hr.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Deliver professional, customer‑focused service.
• Use provided tools, equipment, and technology efficiently.
• Partner with a leadership team that backs you and removes roadblocks.

• Maryland Journeyman HVAC License.
• EPA Certification.
• 2+ years of residential HVAC experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to pass background and drug screening.
• Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and lift heavy equipment.
