Service Electrician

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00/hour plus generous performance bonus / profit sharing.

Mr. Electric of Wichita is hiring a skilled Service Electrician who is ready to grow with a company that values integrity, teamwork, and doing the job right. As a Licensed Service Professional, you will be the face of our brand—solving electrical problems, educating customers, and making homes and businesses safer.

• Troubleshoot and solve customer electrical issues—from fixture installations to full panel upgrades.
• Conduct complex diagnostics and quality‑control testing.
• Advise customers on repair vs. replacement options.
• Generate quotes, document work orders, and price projects using Service Titan on an iPad.
• Ensure work complies with all local, state, and national electrical codes.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of your company vehicle and tools.
• Deliver excellent customer service while upholding Mr. Electric’s reputation for clean, code‑compliant work.

• 2+ years of residential and/or commercial electrical experience.
• Valid Wireman, Journeyman, or Master Electrician License (required).
• Comfortable educating customers and clearly explaining service options.
• Physically able to work in tight spaces (attics, crawlspaces) and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient with hand and power tools (must provide your own).
• Strong iPad/software skills;
  Service Titan experience is a plus—training provided.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Able to pass a background check, drug screening, and MVR.

• Full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 8‑hour shifts.
• Typical 40 hours/week with potential for overtime.
