• Plan shift schedules and monitor performance during shifts.
• Maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Ensure safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with next Shift Manager to prepare for smooth transition.
• Help departments meet targets and goals.

• Minimum age 18 or older.
• Previous leadership experience preferred (restaurant, retail, or hospitality).
• Strong team player with flexible schedule, passion for fast-paced environment.
• Educational or training requirements not specified but may be provided.
