Controllership Manager

Ensure revenue recognition compliance with contract terms, Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and U.S. GAAP (ASC 606)
** Required Qualifications
** Minimum 6 years of core accounting and/or auditing experience with demonstrated expertise in financial reporting and analysis

Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements with practical application experience Team management or supervisory experience leading accounting professionals in a complex business environment Working knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition standards with ability to apply to real estate service contracts

Experience with People Soft financial reporting systems or similar enterprise-level accounting platforms Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to identify issues and develop comprehensive solutions

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for complex financial modeling and analysis
** Preferred Qualifications
** Public accounting experience with exposure to real estate or professional services industries

Experience with contract interpretation and abstraction, including legal documents and service agreements  experience in commercial real estate, property Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to communicate financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
