Job CategoryHRPosition Summary Join Bridgestone Business Services as a Human Resources Manager and help shape the people strategy and teammate experience for our Shared Services Center in Heredia, Costa  this highly visible leadership role, you will serve as the primary HR partner for the Shared Services organization, supporting a workforce of approximately 500 teammates and collaborating closely with leaders and functions across Costa Rica, Latin America, and North America.

You will lead and develop a local HR team while advancing talent, engagement, organizational effectiveness, and operational excellence.

This position requires a strategic HR leader who is equally comfortable advising senior stakeholders, managing complex employee matters, and ensuring effective execution of core HR programs and processes.

Responsibilities Strategic HR Partnership Serve as the primary HR partner to Shared Services leaders, translating business priorities into practical people and organizational strategies.

Advise leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, leadership effectiveness, talent development, and change management.

Build trusted partnerships with local, regional, and global stakeholders in a multinational, matrixed environment.

Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise and other partner functions to deliver integrated HR solutions.

Talent and Organizational Effectiveness Lead key talent processes, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, career development, workforce planning, employee engagement and Talent Management.

Coach leaders on building organizational capability, strengthening team performance, and creating a culture of accountability and inclusion.

Identify staffing and capability needs and partner with leaders and Talent Acquisition to attract, select, develop, and retain talent.

Support organizational transformation, restructuring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Facilitate leadership, talent, and organizational development programs as needed.

Employee Relations and Compliance Provide trusted counsel on complex employee relations matters, workplace concerns, investigations, disciplinary actions, performance issues, and policy interpretation.

Ensure HR practices comply with Costa Rican labor legislation, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Promote a respectful and inclusive work environment and support the appropriate resolution of concerns involving discrimination, harassment, or unfair treatment.

Ensure HR policies, processes, and decisions are consistently applied, appropriately documented, and audit ready.

HR Operations and Insights Oversee the delivery and communication of HR programs, policies, compensation practices, benefits, mobility, and other employment processes.

Workday HR Manager/ HRBP process transactions.

Support hiring, employment changes, and separation processes in accordance with applicable requirements.

Maintain accurate workforce and headcount information to support planning, reporting, and business decisions.
