** What this job involves:
** Join our dynamic Data Insights & Performance team where you'll leverage advanced analytics to drive meaningful business outcomes for JLL. As a Senior Data and Insights Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of shaping a brighter way for our clients by developing impactful dashboard and reporting solutions that inform critical business decisions. This role empowers you to thrive through complex data analysis, statistical modeling, and cross-functional collaboration while working with cutting-edge technology to create sustainable data solutions.

You'll apply innovative analytical methods to identify emerging trends, measure business impacts, and design performance tracking systems that enable continuous improvement. Working alongside a globally collaborative culture, you'll serve as a data expertise liaison across multiple work groups, translating complex data requirements into actionable insights that support JLL's mission to shape the future of real estate for a better world.
** What your day-to-day will look like:
*** Lead complex data analysis projects with minimal oversight while providing guidance and mentorship to team members
* Develop and maintain advanced SQL queries and Python code to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple source systems
* Apply sophisticated statistical and analytical methods to model data relationships and identify business trends
* Create and optimize dashboard and reporting solutions using tools like Tableau and Power BI to meet stakeholder needs
* Collaborate with Data Engineers and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot data discrepancies and implement quality improvements
* Design performance tracking systems with leading and lagging indicators that monitor key business metrics
* Communicate analytical findings and project updates to stakeholders while actively resolving roadblocks

* Required qualifications:

*** Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or related field
* 7+ years of professional experience in data analysis or related field
* Advanced proficiency in big-data analytics tools including SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
* Demonstrated expertise in statistical analysis and data modeling techniques
* Proven experience in change management and stakeholder communication
* High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to visual design

* Preferred qualifications:

*** Experience with Alteryx data preparation and advanced analytics platform
* Proficiency in Python programming for data analysis and automation
* Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management frameworks
* Experience working in real estate, professional services, or Fortune 500 environments
* Advanced degree in quantitative field or relevant professional certifications
* Background in business intelligence or data warehouse management
