** What this job involves:
** As a Specialist Support Center (SSC) Manager at JLL, you will provide leadership within a JLL team working closely with one of our most dynamic and fast-growing Client accounts from the technology and online retail industry while the Client's Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) team provides real estate transaction expertise, capital investment program management and facility maintenance and operation across multiple countries.
Your main goal is to give oversight to our central Specialist Support Center (SSC) operational teams that support our client's operations with key objectives including ensuring operational excellence, strong integration across all delivered services and creating a "one-team" approach while driving further service enhancements. This role combines the need to drive continuous improvement with focus on talent development while providing oversight of the SSC including financial activities, project management support, analytics and business intelligence and several other activities specific to corporate real estate services.
You will work closely with the GREF leadership workgroup and may work on several strategic developments within the Client's structure while managing a large team of +90 team members in Specialist Support Center operations and building a "one-team" approach by driving collaboration and synergies between sub-teams, directly contributing to JLL's mission of delivering exceptional operational leadership excellence through comprehensive team management, strategic client partnership, and service delivery optimization that ensures continuous improvement, talent development, and innovative corporate real estate solutions across complex multinational environments.
** What your day-to-day will look like:
*** Provide strategic leadership by defining strategic plans for organization aligned with JLL and client objectives while acting as main point of contact for HR processes and talent development
* Manage large team of +90 team members in Specialist Support Center operations while building "one-team" approach through collaboration and synergies between sub-teams
* Give oversight to central SSC operational teams ensuring operational excellence and strong integration across delivered services while defining KPIs, measurements, and reporting capabilities
* Work closely with GREF leadership workgroup on strategic developments while acting as trusted advisor to client and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
* Perform oversight over financials related to managed operation while ensuring internal compliance and controls regarding revenue and cost management for operational effectiveness
* Identify new client needs and areas requiring support while translating into new processes and services setup and conceptualizing initial needs into feasible solutions
* Drive overall knowledge and skillset across team through strong learning and development programme while building culture embracing customer centricity and continuous improvement.
