We’re looking for a Residential Program Manager who’s passionate about empowering adults with disabilities to live full, meaningful lives. This role shapes a supportive home environment, guides a dedicated caregiving team, and directly impacts the lives of the people we serve.

Pay:
From $20.00 per hour (Full‑Time, Monday thru Friday; on‑call evenings and weekends). In addition to the hiring bonus, we offer comprehensive benefits:

• Lead and inspire a team of Direct Support Professionals (Caregivers).
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of group homes to ensure smooth, safe, and compliant functioning.
• Coordinate services and activities for residents so their days are fulfilling and goal‑focused.
• Cover shifts and handle on‑call duties primarily evenings and weekends.
• Implement required safety drills, complete safety checklists, and verify staff training requirements are current.
• Assist with scheduling and facilitate monthly house staff meetings and agency meetings.
• Build relationships with residents, families, and team to foster support and communication.

Full‑time (Monday–Friday) with on‑call evenings and weekends. Compensation: $20.00 per hour.

• High‑school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years experience working with disabled adults or in a related human services field.
• At least 1 year supervisory experience required.
• Associate’s degree in a related human services field may substitute for experience.

• Pass pre‑employment drug and TB screen;
  Agency, Federal, State background investigations.
• Own reliable transportation, valid NM driver’s license, and proof of auto liability insurance.
• Physical ability: flex, stoop, balance, lift 50‑75 lbs, reach above shoulder, support up to 130 lbs, etc.
