Superior Industries is looking for a hands‑on Maintenance Technician who takes initiative in maintaining and supporting the reliable operation of facility equipment, machinery, and building systems. This role focuses on diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and completing preventative maintenance while consistently following safety and quality guidelines.

• Maintain Equipment & Facilities:
  Execute scheduled preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, facility systems, and yard areas to ensure consistent production flow.
• Troubleshooting & Repair:
  Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues on production machinery and complete repairs to minimize downtime.
• Safety & Compliance:
  Operate equipment and perform maintenance activities in full compliance with safety regulations, policies, and manufacturing standards.
• Maintenance Documentation:
  Accurately record maintenance work, repairs, and system updates to support equipment history and operational planning.
• Operational Support:
  Partner with production and maintenance teams to address urgent issues, respond to equipment failures, and support continuous manufacturing operations.
• Support facility operations by assisting with additional duties as assigned.

Shift: Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, & Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

• Hands‑on maintenance experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, air, and electrical systems, supported by solid mechanical and welding skills.
• Comfortable using tools, testing equipment, and CMMS software to troubleshoot and document repairs.
• Effective communicator who collaborates with production teams and follows safety and quality standards.
• Performs well under pressure, responding to unplanned downtime and adjusting schedule as required.
• Strong troubleshooting and decision‑making skills, both independently and as part of a maintenance team.
