Giving Home Health Care in Belen, NM is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to administer patient care in accordance with a physician-established care plan at the patient's home. This is a 1099 contract role with visits at patients' residences.
Schedule is 8am to 8pm, Thursday through Sunday. You will collaborate with CNAs, HHAs, case managers, and the patient’s physicians to ensure high-quality, individualized care and build lasting professional relationships with patients and families.
