Overview

Retail Sales Associate – Full Time oZone-related role focused on WOW! customer service, helping customers find parts and solutions, maintaining inventory, assisting product selection, and providing expert advice to enhance the shopping experience. This position contributes to driving sales and supporting store operations in a positive, knowledgeable retail environment.

• Customer Assistance & Communication – Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.
• Leadership & Teamwork – Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment. Support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities.
• Sales & Metrics – Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Inventory Management & Store Operations – Restock merchandise, maintain organization, follow proper cash handling procedures and loss prevention policies to ensure smooth store operations.
• Process Orientation & Safety – Follow structured processes to complete tasks efficiently and maintain a secure work environment with PPE as required.
• Product Knowledge & Installation – Stay up-to-date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions; assist customers with installations such as wiper blades, batteries, and light bulbs.
• Diagnostics Support – Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.

• Minimum Age:
  Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Automotive Knowledge:
  Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

  High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Exceptional Communication:
