CDL-A Dedicated Driver - Paid Training Home Weekly

Qualified newer CDL-A drivers can start with paid road training and move into a dedicated grocery operation averaging about $1,200 per week after training.

Drivers receive weekly home time with a 34-hour restart. The operation runs on rotating day/night schedules and requires weekend and holiday availability.

• Average earnings around $1,200 per week after training
• Starting mileage rate of $0.51 per mile with scheduled experience increases
• $30 for loads under 100 miles

Training is approximately 3-5 weeks with 200-250 behind-the-wheel hours. New Mexico trainee pay is $800 per week. Orientation lasts no more than two days, with $300 paid upon hire.

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 120 hours from an accredited truck driving school
• CDL-A trainees with less than 6 months of recent driving experience are welcome
• Solid employment history without major unemployment gaps
• Acceptable MVR and driving record required
• Must pass a DOT-compliant pre-employment drug test
• Must meet all applicable driver qualification and hiring requirements
• Must be available for required schedules, weekends and holidays
