Principal – Elementary School
RSU 71 seeks an experienced instructional leader to serve as the elementary principal for the 2026‑2027 school year.
Responsibilities- Lead and inspire teachers and staff using research‑based best practices.
- Supervise, evaluate, and support personnel.
- Use data to inform instruction and implement instructional technology.
- Foster caring, trusting relationships with students, parents, and community members.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in personnel supervision and evaluation.
- Experience using data to inform instruction.
- Maine Department of Education Building Administrator Certification.
- Valid Criminal History Records Check.
