Middle School Caseload | Full-Time | $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

As a Special Education Teacher with Boothby Therapy Services, you will provide individualized instruction to students with diverse learning needs. You'll collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that promote inclusion, engagement, and student success. This position is ideal for an educator who values teamwork, flexibility, and a commitment to helping students reach their full potential.

• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in accordance with state and district requirements.
• Provide individualized and small-group instruction that meets the unique needs of each student.
• Collaborate with school staff and families to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication regarding student performance.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages academic and personal growth.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education
• Valid Maine Special Education Endorsement (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience working with students with diverse learning needs
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

• Competitive Salary: $57,000–$72,000 annually (based on experience)
