Summary

The MRI Technologist I role performs basic MRI exams and procedures.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)
  • Education:

    Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology required. Graduate of an MRI program preferred, or completion of a direct pathway program.
  • License/

    Certifications:

    Current applicable state(s) license in Radiologic Technology required. American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT--MR) or American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (ARMRIT) MRI certification - eligible. Must complete advanced certification in MRI by ARRT or ARMRIT within one year of hire. Current BLS certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
  • Experience:

    No experience required; one year of relevant experience preferred.
