Product Analytics Manager

We are looking for a Product Strategy Analytics Manager to join our team to drive corporate product strategy initiatives and the vision of the Product organization. Your job will be to partner with Product Strategy, Product Management, and analogous analytics teams in exploring growth opportunities and building proof‑points for emerging product offerings. You will scope and communicate the impact of different product strategies for the organization;

inform backlog prioritization through research & investigation; and build & monitor effective metrics and OKRs.

You are passionate about problem‑solving and developing product strategies driving both near and long‑term growth opportunities. You are experienced in coordinating cross‑functional teams to identify and prioritize solutions utilizing athena and market data. You have a strong attention to detail and are highly organized. You distill complex datasets into reusable assets with self‑service data visualization utilized for decision making & product proof‑points.

You are skilled at translating complex healthcare data into takeaways for product leadership.

• Lead cross‑functional projects to develop product strategy for emerging product offerings, including scorecard metric development for measuring success
• Develop recommendations for product opportunities at a macro level to inform leadership decisions, with the expertise in the business to articulate findings to various stakeholders
• Advocate for needed resources, and lead any additional analysis who are assigned to these strategy related projects
• Strategically set and communicate prioritization tradeoffs within analytics across the initiative
• Manage strong, collaborative relationships across strategy, product, service, and client teams with an ability to influence all levels of stakeholders
• Pull user, transaction, and other data from complex systems and format into self‑service visuals to keep stakeholders informed of product opportunities
• Drive and execute plans for successful project completion including defining scope, milestones, and successful outcomes

• Ability to synthesize complex, high volume and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve business problems
• Ability to drive inter‑team collaboration in order to achieve business results
• Demonstrated ability to use a variety of tools, techniques, and processes to gather and report data
• Knowledge of, and ability to use, strategies, techniques, and tools for effective communication of technical ideas to various audiences
• Ability to collaborate across a range of audiences, both internal and external audiences, and across a range of cohorts
• Ability to provide sound rationale for recommendations to gain others’ support and commitment

• Healthcare experience preferred

• Bachelor’s Degree required;
  Degree (Bachelor’s or Masters) in quantitative disciplines like Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Analytics, or Information Systems preferred
• 5+ years professional experience, preferably including 3+ years of data analytics or data science
• Strong understanding of database technologies and ability to write code to gather data. Considerable SQL experience mandatory; additional programming experience (e.g., Python, R) mandatory
• Mastery of advanced time‑series analysis, cohort identification & comparison, benchmark development, applied statistical methods, behavioral analytics, and data visualization
