Production Manager
The Belfast Community Co-op is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead our production team in Belfast, ME. The role focuses on food production, recipe development, and executing strategic plans to achieve margin and sales goals.
You will oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, scheduling, ordering, production, food safety, and personnel management. This is a full-time position (30+ hours weekly) with weekend, early morning, and evening shifts, paying $25.00/hour.
