Catering​/Health Bar Attendant

The work hours are approximately 5:00 am – 2:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

• Set up, stock, and maintain the salad bar station and pantry program.
• Assist with general cleaning and sanitation as assigned, including HACCP forms.
• Maintain storage areas and equipment as assigned, help receive orders.
• Deliver snack items, coffee, and grab‑and‑go items to off‑site building; set up and break down catered events.
• Help Sous Chef as time allows to ensure a smooth operational flow.

• Knowledge of HACCP practices for handling dishware, food deliveries, and health/breakfast bars.

• Set up health bar and breakfast bars correctly according to HACCP practices and wash pots and pans as needed.
• Clean or sanitize work areas, utensils, or equipment.
• Sweep and mop floors in the kitchen and service areas as required.
• Remove garbage as directed in a safe manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including food deliveries for catering and the pantry program.
• Must follow all safety rules and actively prevent accidents.

• Work up to 8 hours a day on your feet, excluding breaks.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
• Come to work properly dressed according to the dress code.
• Employee must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods.
• There are 2–4 days per year that off‑hour parties require long days to accomplish.
