Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is a field data collection company founded in 2017 in Europe. We collect data where automation is not possible, including counting features, taking pictures, making videos, recording speech, and scanning areas to support informed decisions. Our field data collection teams operate across Europe and North America.

The project aims to collect images of streets, points of interest, and public areas. Data is gathered using a vehicle equipped with 360 cameras mounted on top, capturing imagery around the vehicle and storing it on onboard computers. The collected data will be used to enhance a popular online map.

Data collectors will follow specific routes around public streets and areas, targeting commercial districts and historical sites. Weather conditions may require revisits to obtain the best quality imaging. The project is expected to last at least 3 months and will cover different city/state zones. The ideal candidate enjoys driving, knows the area and traffic trends, and is reliable and responsible. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day (40 hours/week);

overtime may be available.

• Drive assigned routes in public streets and areas to collect imagery with a vehicle-mounted 360 camera system.
• Ensure high-quality data capture and secure storage of images on onboard computers.
• Follow project routes and adjust driving as needed to achieve imaging objectives across different zones.
• Occasionally revisit areas due to weather or other conditions to maintain data quality.
• Collaborate with the project team to meet timelines and quality standards.

• Must have a valid Driver Licence (driving experience, 1–2 years minimum).
• Must have parking for a vehicle.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must pass a background check.
• Enjoys driving with a flexible schedule.
• Available for a minimum of 3 months.
• Responsible & reliable.
• Good driving skills and general car knowledge.
• Strong communication skills and high level of responsibility.
• Tech savvy (smartphone and basic apps) with basic computer skills.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
