Job Duties of the Audit Senior include:
Prepare statutory accounts and financial statements in compliance with relevant standards Serve as a technical resource on IFRS and UK GAAP, providing training and producing internal/external technical updates Support the development and maintenance of key client relationships Plan and conduct audits across a range of industries and business sectors Design and implement tailored audit strategies and plans Ensure timely completion of assignments within budget constraints Lead and manage teams of trainees during audit engagements Mentor and support the professional development of junior staff What you need to be the Successful Audit Senior Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) Strong technical knowledge and audit expertise Extensive experience leading audit engagements across a diverse client portfolio Proven ability to work independently and take initiative Ambitious, with a clear focus on developing a long-term career in practice Excellent interpersonal and communication skills To speak in absolute confidence about this opportunity please send an up to date CV via the link provided or contact Brad Dempster, Specialist Recruitment Consultant at MCS group on or Even if this position is not right for you, we may have others that are.
