We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support our finance team by ensuringaccurateprocessingoftransactions, maintaining financial records and other administrative duties. WHY CHOOSE US:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with daily accounting tasks and data entry Process supplier invoices for approval, complete monthly creditor reconciliations, and prepare supplier payments Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts Support month-end and year-end closing procedures Maintain accurate filing of financial documents Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations Qualifications &

Experience:

Previous experience in a similar role including completing bank reconciliations Basic understanding of accounting principles Willingness to learn and follow instructions Good attention to detail and accuracy Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software (training provided) Good organisational skills and time-management skills To undertake any other reasonable duties as required
