Accounts Assistant

Overview

Accounts Assistant at a well-established law firm in Belfast city centre. This is a great opportunity to join a busy accounts function supporting the smooth running of the firm’s financial operations.

Working within the Accounts Team, you will be responsible for:

• Checking and processing supplier invoices
• Organising and processing regular supplier payments
• Resolving invoice and payment queries via phone and email

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Minimum 1 year’s experience in computerised accounts or bookkeeping
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively
