About you Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP) and standards Proven experience in financial reporting, statutory compliance, and controls Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills Effective communicator capable of explaining complex financial information What you'll do Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with relevant standards and regulations Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring data integrity and completeness Support month-end and period-close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations Assist in external audits by providing documentation and responding to queries Manage statutory filings, including VAT and other regulatory submissions Support cash flow forecasting and monitor liquidity needs Maintain fixed asset registers and ensure proper capitalization and depreciation Identify opportunities for process improvements and strengthen financial controls Perform variance analysis and deliver insightful reports to support business decisions For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact Joanne Gordon for a confidential chat today.
