Assistant Accountant (Tax) | £28,000 £ 32,000 | Belfast Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be working alongside a well-established and highly regarded accountancy practice in Belfast as they look to appoint an Assistant Tax Accountant to their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance professional who is keen to build their career within a supportive practice environment, gaining exposure to a varied and interesting client base while working closely with experienced tax specialists.

The Role As part of a collaborative and high-performing team, you will be involved in a broad range of compliance and advisory work, including:
Preparing personal and corporate tax returns for a diverse portfolio of clients. Assisting clients with tax-related queries and maintaining strong professional relationships. Supporting senior team members on tax planning and advisory assignments. Ensuring client records and documentation are maintained accurately and efficiently. Working collaboratively across the wider tax and accounts function on a range of projects. About You To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have:
Part-qualified ACA or ACCA status, or alternatively ATT/IATI qualification. Previous experience within a tax-focused role in an accountancy practice environment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines effectively. A proactive and positive approach to problem solving. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships. Whats on Offer Competitive salary package of £28,000 £ 32,000. Flexible and hybrid working options.
