At EY, the Global Engagement Consultant (GEC) will work alongside Senior Consultants and Management, providing day‑to‑day support to coordinate and manage countries across the EY network to ensure Global Mobility services are delivered and that agreed KPIs/SLAs are met efficiently and cost‑effectively. The role includes both globally coordinated accounts and UK tax compliance engagements supporting non‑technical compliance.

As a consultant you’ll support the Team with the seamless end‑to‑end client experience across all Tax services, ensuring an effective and efficiently coordinated delivery to our clients in a timely and profitable manner.

• Delivery of positive relationships with EY teams on a day‑to‑day basis
• Support in the delivery of services & reporting within the scope of detailed service level agreements against agreed KPIs & SLAs
• Support of the financial performance of a client portfolio on a day‑to‑day basis
• Support development of each client engagement within a portfolio through process enhancements and engagement improvements
• Continuous learning and personal development
