Accounts Technician

The Role:

Reporting to the Directors job duties of the Accounts Technician will include:
Maintain purchase ledger and project records, process supplier payments. Raise sales invoices and credit notes. Manage credit control Bank reconciliations and cash flow management Preparation of monthly management accounts Preparation of Vat UK, CIS, ROI Vat and Interstate returns Manage office supplies Any other duties outlined on the job description

The Person :
The successful Accounts Technician will meet the following criteria:
Proven experience in a working in a similar industry role Comfortable looking after accounts independently Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is desirable.
