Key Responsibilities Managing and developing a portfolio of clients across accounts and business services, acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day queries and advisory work Overseeing the preparation and review of statutory accounts, management accounts, and associated compliance work to a high standard Leading, mentoring, and supporting junior members of the team, contributing to their technical development and progression Identifying opportunities to add value to client relationships through proactive advisory input and business development activity Collaborating with partners and senior stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of work across the department Requirements Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment ACA or ACCA qualified, or qualified by experience, with a strong technical grounding in accounts and business services Proven ability to manage and develop client relationships with confidence and professionalism Experience in leading or mentoring junior team members and contributing to a positive team culture Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
