The Opportunity As Audit Manager, you'll play a key leadership role within the audit team, overseeing client engagements, developing team members, and building strong client relationships.

• Manage a varied portfolio of audit clients across Northern Ireland and the wider UK
• Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion
• Review work completed by Audit Seniors and Junior team members
• Act as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for clients
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Mentor, coach, and develop junior colleagues
• Collaborate with Partners on advisory projects and business development initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement and help shape a positive team culture

About You We're looking for an experienced and motivated audit professional who enjoys leading teams, building client relationships, and delivering high-quality work.

• ACA or ACCA qualified
• Minimum of 5 years' post-qualified experience within accountancy practice
• Strong audit and accounts experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities
• Commercial awareness with a client-focused approach
• Experience coaching and developing team members
