The Role This is a varied position combining:
Statutory audit work Year-end accounts preparation Client advisory exposure Team development responsibilities Roughly 75% of the role will focus on audit assignments, with the remaining time spent supporting accounts and advisory projects.
You’ll be:
Managing and delivering high-quality audits across a varied client portfolio Working closely with managers, directors and partners Building strong client relationships from day one Supporting junior members of the audit team through training and development Working alongside corporate tax and advisory teams Identifying opportunities to improve quality and efficiency across assignments What They’re Looking For ACA / ACCA part-qualified or qualified Strong experience within audit or mixed audit/accounts roles in practice Experience working with corporate clients and owner-managed businesses Strong communication and relationship-building skills Someone who enjoys working collaboratively in a dynamic environment Organised, proactive and motivated mindset Why This Firm This is a values-led, award-winning independent firm with a strong reputation across Lancashire and Greater Manchester.
