Accounts Administrator £28,000+ Black Fox Solutions are delighted to be working with a Belfast based company that are leaders in the Mechanical, Ventilation and Air Conditioning industries throughout Ireland and the United Kingdom, seeking an Accounts Administrator to join their finance team. Joining on a permanent, full-time basis, with working hours being 8:00-4:30 Monday - Thursday and 8:00-2:00 Friday. Working alongside the finance team you will be responsible for;
Control of a supplier department for 3 companies Input of high-volume invoices onto a Sage based accounts package Liaising with suppliers to deal with invoice queries Support month-end and year-end closing procedures Monitor approval on invoices with other departments What we are looking for Proven experience working as an Accounts Administrator within the Construction Industry Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and general ledger management Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with internal teams and external vendors Interviewing immediately, please get in contact or apply now for more information and we can reach out to arrange a call.
