Audit Manager – Weybridge, Surrey £50,000 – £65,000  Benefits | ACA / ACCA Qualified | Hybrid Working Fletcher George Recruitment is working with a highly successful and supportive firm of Chartered Accountants in Weybridge to appoint an Audit Manager. This is a genuine opportunity for an experienced Audit Assistant Manager or established Audit Manager to take ownership of a client portfolio while continuing to develop technically and commercially.

The Role As Audit Manager, you will take responsibility for a portfolio of audit clients, leading assignments from planning through to completion while supporting and developing junior team members.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing a portfolio of audit clients, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery Reviewing complex statutory accounts, including group structures, using Caseware Providing technical guidance on UK GAAP and UK ISAs Reviewing corporation tax computations as part of the wider compliance process Leading audit planning, resourcing and workflow management Monitoring work in progress, budgets and recovery rates across your portfolio Acting as a key point of contact for clients, advising on audit and accounting matters Coaching, mentoring and developing junior team members Identifying efficiencies and process improvements across assignments Supporting business development through identifying additional service opportunities About You ACA or ACCA qualified with strong experience gained within a UK accountancy practice Currently operating at Assistant Manager or Manager level within Audit Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and UK ISAs Confident reviewing complex accounts and leading audit assignments Comfortable managing client relationships and handling queries directly Organised, commercially aware and able to manage multiple assignments What’s on Offer Salary £50,000 – £65,000 (dependent on experience) Hybrid working Competitive benefits package Supportive, open and collaborative culture Clear scope for progression within a growing firm Why Consider This Role?
