Job Duties of the Audit Assistant Manager include:

Manage audit assignments from planning through to completion.
Manage client relationships and deliver high-quality service.
Review work and support junior team members.
Manage budgets, deadlines and audit quality.
Identify and communicate audit findings and risks.
Support technical development and business growth.
Coach and develop trainees and junior staff.

What you need to be the Successful Audit Assistant Manager?

ACA/ACCA qualified with strong audit experience.
Proven experience managing audits and reviewing work.
Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting and auditing standards.
Confident coaching and developing junior staff.
Strong client management and communication skills.
Experience across SME, public sector or regulated clients desirable.
Case Ware/Inflo experience advantageous.
Commercial, organised and proactive approach.
