The Opportunity As an Audit Manager, you’ll take ownership of significant client relationships, lead complex audit engagements, and play a key role in developing the next generation of talent. What You’ll Be Doing Managing a diverse portfolio of audit clients across a variety of sectors Leading audit engagements from planning through to successful completion Building strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and key decision-makers Reviewing and overseeing work completed by Seniors and Assistant Managers Coaching, mentoring, and developing junior team members Collaborating with Partners and Directors on strategic and advisory projects Driving audit quality, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives What We’re Looking For Essential Requirements ACA or ACCA qualified 3+ years’ post-qualified experience within practice Strong technical audit and financial reporting knowledge Experience managing audit teams and client relationships Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Commercial awareness and a client-focused mindset Ambitious, driven, and motivated to progress within a Big 4 environment Why Join?
