Part-time (20-25 hours) | 10-4 or 10-3 M-F | Permanent | Office-based Salary: £14.50 - £16.00 an hour Reed Accountancy is proud to represent an established and reputable company in Belfast City Centre who are seeking a motivated and ambitious Accounts Assistant to join their dynamic team, supporting their accountancy function. This is a perfect opportunity for an Accounts Assistant seeking part-time hours across 5-days within a supportive working environment.

Day-to-day of the role:
Review and process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently. Organise and execute regular supplier payments. Reconcile accounts against supplier statements. Handle invoice and payment queries via phone and email. Manage petty cash and bank deposits Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2-years' experience in an accounts administrative position Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. High level of attention to detail.
