Position: Accountant (part time)
Accountant (Part time) We are excited to be recruiting for an Accountant based in Craigavon to join a successful organisation. The role is permanent and part-time, 3 4 days per week, this role is ideal for a qualified accountant seeking a rewarding role with flexible hours. The Accountant will be responsible for:
Monitoring business financial performance and supporting the preparation of monthly management accounts, including commentary and variance analysis. Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets and latest best estimates/forecasts. Providing commercial analysis to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction. Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations and VAT requirements. Identifying and supporting business improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects.

Developing, implementing and maintaining financial policies and procedures. Liaising effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors as required. What you need to have for the Accountant role:
Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA). Minimum of 2 years experience working within a manufacturing environment would be desirable Proven experience in preparing and processing month-end management accounts. Confident and proactive team player with a hands-on approach and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the business. Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to analyse, interpret and challenge financial information.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills. Strong communication, presentation and IT skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple priorities.
