Senior Management Accountant

Your new role As Senior Management Accountant, you will take ownership of the monthly management accounts process across a multi-entity environment, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to support business decision- responsibilities will include:
Preparation of monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting. Month-end, quarter-end and year-end close activities. Intercompany reconciliations and maintenance of strong financial controls. VAT reconciliations and general ledger management. Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis activities. Identifying opportunities to improve processes, controls and reporting through automation and continuous improvement initiatives. Developing meaningful management information and commercial insights for operational stakeholders.

Collaborating with senior finance leadership to support integration activities and finance transformation projects. Building strong relationships across the wider business to drive financial performance and support future growth. What you'll need to succeed ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, with relevant industry experience. Strong management accounting experience within a fast-paced commercial environment. Experience operating within a multi-entity business would be advantageous.

Excellent Excel skills and confidence working with ERP systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. A proactive and hands-on approach with a continuous improvement mindset. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across the business. Ambition to develop your career within a growing and evolving organisation.
