Accounts Clerk Greater Belfast We are delighted to be partnering with a leading construction and civil engineering business to recruit an Accounts Clerk for their finance team based on the outskirts of Belfast. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity within a small finance team, offering a varied role across both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. You'll support purchase ledger, payment runs, reconciliations, month-end reporting and wider finance activities.

Key Responsibilities Maintain the purchase ledger and process supplier invoices Process monthly payment runs and deal with supplier queries Manage purchase orders and liaise with internal budget holders Complete stock and intercompany reconciliations Prepare daily and month-end financial reports Assist with intercompany recharges and invoice financing CIS and RCT Returns Support month-end management accounts and annual statutory accounts Who We're Looking For Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar finance role Experience across both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Sage experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Construction background needed Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment What's On Offer Competitive salary Pension scheme On-site parking Broad AP & AR exposure Genuine long-term career progression Supportive finance team If you're an experienced Accounts Clerk looking for a varied role within an established construction business, get in touch with Diarmuid for a confidential discussion.
