Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper Malone Golf Club | South Belfast £15 per hour | 20 hours per week | Monday Friday | Flexible hours The Opportunity Malone Golf Club is a long-standing and established sports club on the outskirts of South Belfast. We pride ourselves on providing an excellent level of service to our members and guests, whether on the golf course, in our restaurant or within our office.

We are currently seeking an Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper to join our small but busy office team. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day financial administration of the Club, ensuring accuracy, organisation and a high level of attention to detail. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounts or bookkeeping professional looking for a part-time position with flexibility around working hours.

Key Responsibilities Carry out day-to-day bookkeeping duties Post financial transactions to Sage Accounts Create and process invoices Complete bank and account reconciliations Check and reconcile daily takings from the bar and shop Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records Provide general administrative support to the office team Undertake any other duties as required by the Office Manager About You The successful candidate will ideally have:
Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounts administration or accounts preparation Working knowledge and practical experience of Sage Accounts Good attention to detail and a methodical approach to work Strong organisational and time-management skills The ability to work accurately and meet deadlines Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a small team A reliable and professional approach
