Group Reporting Manager

Robert Half are recruiting a Group Reporting role within a dynamic business in Wiltshire on a 12 months FTC basis. We are partnering with an exciting organisation to recruit a Group Reporting Manager who will play a critical role in external reporting, group consolidation, technical accounting, governance and treasury support. 12 Months FTC.

Key Responsibilities Lead Group financial reporting and statutory accounts preparation Own the Group consolidation process and ensure IFRS compliance Manage external audits and act as the key contact for auditors and advisers Provide technical accounting expertise on complex and significant transactions Support and enhance the Group Internal Control Framework Lead impairment reviews for goodwill, tangible and intangible assets Support treasury activities including cash forecasting, liquidity management and payment oversight Prepare Audit Committee and Board reporting papers Mentor and support junior finance team members ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified Strong knowledge of IFRS and listed company reporting requirements Proven experience in Group reporting and consolidation within a listed, PLC or multinational environment Experience managing external audits Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
