Salary/Benefits Competitive salary package 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Pension scheme Healthcare and well being benefits Opportunities for professional development and career progression About you A third level qualification in Accounts (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or equivalent Previous experience working within cost accountancy in a manufacturing environment Strong proficiency in Excel, MS Word, and account systems;
Oracle experience is desirable Knowledge of internal controls, audit processes, and UK/US GAAP Results-driven, energetic, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines Flexible, with a willingness to cross-train within a dynamic finance team What you'll do Maintain and cost machinery, materials, labour, and overheads, setting annual standards Review machine margins and manage inventories, including cycle counts and variance analysis Monitor raw material prices and control factory overheads and efficiency metrics Support budgeting and forecasting processes;
