Our client is a well-established global professional services organisation with an extensive international presence. They are seeking a Management Accountant to join their Belfast Financial Control team, supporting management accounting and reporting for their UK operations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative finance team in a varied role combining financial reporting, commercial analysis and process improvement. The Rewards: £42,000-£50,000 base salary extensive benefits package;
Annual bonus (10%);
Flexible/Hybrid Working (3 Days Office);

The Role:
As the successful Management Accountant, you will:
Prepare monthly management accounts, including journals, P&L and balance sheet reviews;
Complete balance sheet reconciliations and resolve outstanding items;
Analyse performance against budgets and forecasts, explaining key financial movements;
Support budgeting and forecasting cycles;
Maintain strong financial controls and support year-end, statutory and group audits;
Other duties as outlined in the full job description.
The Person :
The successful Management Accountant will meet the following criteria:
Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent;
Open to accountancy practice or industry background;
Strong technical accounting experience;
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
