Our client is a successful organisation operating across Northern Ireland and the wider UK. They are seeking an experienced Accountant to support financial reporting and performance across a number of businesses within their leasing division. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a commercially focused role, working closely with senior leaders and operational teams to influence decision-making and drive financial performance.
The Rewards:
As the successful Divisional Accountant, you will receive: £45,000-£55,000 base salary;
Annual bonus (10%);
Flexible/Hybrid working (3 days office based);
Company car; A supportive working environment with opportunities for development.
The Role:
As the successful Divisional Accountant, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing monthly management accounts, P&L and Balance Sheet reviews;
Analysing financial performance, profitability and working capital across the division;
Supporting budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning;
Business partnering with operational management to provide commercial financial insight;
Ensuring strong financial controls, accurate reporting and effective month-end processes;
Other duties as outlined in full job description.
The Person :
The successful Divisional Accountant will meet the following criteria: ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent;
Open to industry or accountancy practice background;
Strong technical accounting knowledge and commercial acumen;
Strong communication & stakeholder management experience.
