Senior Revenue Accountant

• Prepare and analyze deal review packages and professional services contracts, including revenue allocations and agreement review
• Ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606 and company policy
• Execute month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for the VP Revenue, Controller, and CFO
• Support quarterly and annual financial statement disclosures
• Manage deliverables for external and internal auditors across review and audit cycles
• Maintain and strengthen SOX-compliant internal controls
• Develop and update SOX documentation
• Research and communicate updates on new accounting standards
• Collaborate across Finance, Sales, and Legal
• Drive process improvement initiatives

• 4–5+ years of progressive accounting experience at a Big 4 firm or a combination of Big 4 and industry, preferably including exposure to a high-growth SaaS company
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP, ASC 606 revenue recognition, and SOX internal controls
• CPA license or active candidacy
• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or Business (or equivalent practical experience)
• Proficiency in Net Suite, Black Line, and advanced Excel
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with close attention to detail
• Ability to independently manage competing priorities against strict deadlines
• Clear, effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with Finance, Operations, and business stakeholders

Demonstrates expertise in GAAP, ASC 606 revenue recognition, and SOX compliance, with a strong ability to prepare financial reports and manage audit deliverables. Proficient in utilizing financial software tools like Net Suite and Black Line to drive process improvements and ensure accurate financial reporting.
