Company Description

Xeinadin Group was established in 2019 when more than 100 successful, independent, business advisory and accountancy practices across the UK and Ireland came together to re‑imagine the future of accountancy. Our collective mission to provide locally forged, trusted business advice to SMEs through forward‑thinking, close‑knit relationships remains pivotal to our growth. It is our people who help drive our business forward, and we offer them future‑focused career opportunities whilst supporting the individual specialisms.

Our regional offices of over 1800 colleagues operate in collaboration across the Group, combining collective expertise to maximise our people’s potential. As part of one Xeinadin, our colleagues are able to draw on expertise and support from across our UK, Ireland and central teams, as well as benefit ting from being a part of their local communities.

Description

At Xeinadin, we believe the best way to learn is by doing.

Our Trainee opportunities gives ambitious graduates the chance to build a rewarding career while working towards a professional qualification in Accounting, Audit and Tax. From your first day, you'll become part of a supportive team where you'll gain meaningful, hands‑on experience, work with real clients and develop the skills needed for a successful career in professional services.

Unlike larger firms where graduates can become specialists early in their careers, our local offices offer exposure to a wide variety of work. You'll build relationships with clients, work alongside experienced colleagues and gain practical experience across multiple industries while supporting the small and medium-size businesses that are the backbone of the Irish economy.

Applications close Friday 16th of October 2026.
