On the GCR Global Tax CoE Graduate Programme, you’ll shape the future with confidence by helping global organisations meet direct tax reporting and compliance requirements. You’ll work in diverse, multi-country teams to deliver tax accounting and provision outputs, drive process improvements and leverage technology to create impactful, sustainable solutions for clients navigating complex tax landscapes.

• Collaboration, communication and relationship builder – work effectively with multi-country teams and clients to build trusted relationships and deliver seamless tax services.
• Ownership and proactive – take accountability for deliverables, manage timelines and spot opportunities to improve ways of working.
• Curiosity, motivation and AI fluency – keep learning tax technical concepts and how technology can transform compliance. Use Excel, tax provision tools and automation to work smarter and drive efficient delivery.
• Adaptable and resilient – Navigate changing client environments and tight deadlines while maintaining quality deliverables.

• Support the preparation of global tax provisions and disclosures.
• Coordinate inputs from controllers and tax teams across multiple countries to deliver accurate compliance & reporting.
• Analyse tax accounts, reconcile balances and maintain clear documentation to meet control and audit requirements.
• Help improve processes using standardisation and technology, while learning from and collaborating with EY specialists.

If you are successful in securing an offer you will be required to remain in Northern Ireland for the entire duration of the programme. The offer cannot be transferred to any other EY location in the UK or Ireland.
